What a humanities course looks like

Say “I want to really understand philosophy.” Maia generates a course: ancient Greek foundations, then epistemology, then ethics, then political philosophy. Each lesson is a dialogue where the tutor challenges your reasoning, introduces counterarguments, and makes you construct your own positions — not just summarize someone else's.

Socratic dialogue: the tutor argues with you, plays devil's advocate, tests your logic
Podcasts: two hosts debate ideas from your lesson — trolley problems, historical counterfactuals, literary interpretations
Readings: primary source excerpts, annotated arguments, essay-style summaries
Voice mode: articulate an argument out loud — the tutor pushes back in real time
